The external system integrations section of the CEO Juice website is where you enter and maintain the connection details that allow CEO Juice to communicate with your third-party platforms. These can include API keys, URLs, and tenant/app credentials. These saved credentials are what CEO Juice uses to securely authenticate to the external platform so the related syncs and integration-driven alerts can run. Only users with admin-level permissions on the CEO Juice website can add or update these credentials.
Adding or Updating Credentials
To update or add new credentials, you'll first log into the CEO Juice website: www.ceojuice.com. Only users with admin access to the CEO Juice website will be able to add or update the credentials. Navigate to Profile (1) - Integrations (2) - External System Integrations (3):
Select the integration you need to connect, and then add the needed information for that specific integration. Each integration will have a form specific to the integration with the needed information for that integration. All integration forms have a space to add notes (1) and an expiration date (2). Click on the save button (3) to save the changes.
Note: if the Expire Date is set on the credentials, you will receive an email notification prior to the expiration date as a reminder to update the credentials. When updating the credentials, you'll need to update the expiration date as well.
When the integration is filled in and blue (1), that indicates that credentials exist for that integration. Any unfilled button (2) does not have any saved credentials. For any integrations that support multiple credential sets, you'll see a second, unfilled button (3) to add a second set of credentials:
