Ensuring your delivery trucks take the most efficient route saves time, reduces fuel costs, and gets orders to customers faster. This process will integrate e-automate with OptimoRoute to automate the flow of delivery data between the two systems. When a sales order in e-automate reaches the correct status, it will be automatically pushed to OptimoRoute as a delivery job. Once the delivery is completed, confirmation data will be pulled back into e-automate and the sales order will be updated accordingly.

Alert Functionality
Alert Functionality
- This process will query e-automate for sales orders matching specified order types and a detail status of Shipped. The relevant sales order data will then be transmitted to the OptimoRoute API as delivery jobs.
- OptimoRoute will use the orders to plan optimal delivery routes. Routes can be manually overridden for priorities.
- The driver will deliver the order, capturing a signature and photos via the OptimoRoute mobile app.
- CEO Juice will make a periodic API call to OptimoRoute to retrieve delivery confirmation, including delivery date/time, signature, and photos.
- The confirmation data will be attached to the corresponding sales order in e-automate and the order status will be updated to Delivered.
