This is the June edition in an ongoing series summarizing everything released or updated each month across your CEO Juice suite. Processes marked ⭐New are tested and ready to activate. Reports

This is a Power BI dashboard that shows how much of your business is already automated versus still being handled manually. It checks contracts, ATRs, toner orders, service calls, purchase orders, and more, calculating the time and labour cost of remaining manual work, so you can see exactly where automation would have the biggest impact and track progress over time.

What changed: A new "Meter sources considered automated" slicer has been added to ROI assumptions, letting users designate additional meter sources as automated directly within the report.

A Power BI dashboard showing all equipment across your customer base that isn't under contract with you. This helps sales identify competitive equipment to target, highlighting models worth considering for servicing, and flagging customers with excessive toner usage. Also shows what equipment you're paying your DCA provider for that isn't generating contract revenue.

What changed: Bug fix on DCA account information and query performance improvements.

Integrations

Creates sales orders in e-automate automatically from data pushed in by third-party systems e.g. CRMs, PSAs, DCAs, and e-commerce platforms. Each integration (e.g. ConnectWise ID966 and Printanista ID192) pushes sales order data into a shared table, and ID634 handles the rest: matching items, applying pricing, shipping, billing, and on-hold codes.

What changed: Added Keypoint as a new integration source. Invoice renumbering now correctly updates GL tables when an invoice is renumbered. Orders created for inactive customers are now flagged with an error and placed on hold using the error on-hold code, rather than being created silently. Voided sales order renumbering has been improved, including a correction to the option to not renumber voided orders synced from ConnectWise. Shipping method population from the customer record has also been corrected.

A customised version of ID664 built specifically for Kyocera, connecting their ServiceNow ticketing system with e-Automate for their subsidiaries. Service calls sync between both systems automatically, reducing manual input for the dealer. Kyocera is managing the rollout to its subsidiaries directly. Sync coming for Kyocera dealers soon.

Alerts and Data Housekeeping

Automatically marks host equipment records and their linked accessories inactive in e-Automate based on transaction history and thresholds you define, checking service activity, supplies, meter readings, contract status, and install date. Installed in test mode first so you can review before any changes are made to your live data.

What changed: Added filtering by call type category and customer type, so you can exclude specific call types or customer types from the inactivation criteria. Also added the ability to clone the subscription to run different settings per branch. Bug fixes cover renewed contracts, equipment records not tied to a model, and devices on active contracts with an end date.

Sends a list of newly created e-Automate contacts to a nominated user for duplicate review. Duplicate contacts are a common problem when standard naming practices aren't followed. This process helps catch them early, supports better data hygiene, and identifies users who may need additional training on contact creation.

What changed: Added a "To Creator" option, which sends the daily contact review email to the user who created each contact rather than a single designated reviewer
