Overview
Tools like FMAudit can track when new devices appear on your customers' networks, and that can be an early sign a competitor is installing equipment, especially if your device drops off and a competitor's appears at the same IP address. ID456 looks up the salesperson in the CRM and notifies them and their managers straight away, so you can act before the account is lost.
This alert currently works with the local version of FMAudit only. If you use a different DCA and would like it supported, ask your DCA provider to get in touch with us.
This process is in development. We hope to have a release by the end of 2026. Let us know if you want to help us test.
