Overview
Keeping customer records consistent across e-automate and HaloPSA manually means duplicated effort and the risk of the two systems falling out of sync. ID584 removes that problem by automatically pushing customer data from e-automate into Halo, with e-automate acting as the master for customer information. Any updates made in e-automate flow through to HaloPSA without any manual intervention.
We also integrate with ConnectWise (6 integration points, 96+ clients) and AutoTask with just a few of clients, so it's great to announce Halo in the pool of options.
This process is currently in review with beta clients so expect a release with detailed documentation very soon! Also check out ID832 Halo PSA Contract Integration which should be released at a similar time.
