This alert is designed to remind you that you've left equipment on a specialty status (for instance, Loaner or Demo ) for longer than Variable X days. It will advise of equipment in place for too long without adding to a contract or being pulled when the original equipment is repaired. If you have Equipment Custom Properties containing info you'd like to show on the alert output, please specify their names in VarY, VarZ, and Var1.
ID566 is the main alert; clone available is ID673.

Variable W: Enter Status(es) to be monitored (separated by comma)
Variable X: Enter # of days in status after which to trigger
Variable 2: Include equipment records listed as accessories? Enter Yes to trigger on these records and No to not trigger for any model that is an accessory.
Variable Y: Enter Custom Property 1 name to show contents of, or leave blank for none
Variable Z: Enter Custom Property 2 name to show contents of, or leave blank for none
Variable 1: Enter Custom Property 3 name to show contents of, or leave blank for none
Variable 2: Enter Branch Number(s) to trigger on, separated by a comma, or leave blank for ALL

1. Reviews Equipment Records for status code(s) you list in Variable W, and if the device has been set with that status for more than Variable X days, will report on the email until the status is changed.
2. Email can show contents of up to three Custom Properties you choose by listing the name of the Custom Property in Variables Y, Z, and 1:
3. Requires that you have your equipment history tracking configuration turned on to record Status Changes to the equipment history log. This is found under Tools / Options / Equipment:
4. If Variable 2 is set to Yes or Blank, the alert will trigger for any equipment models where the accessory option is checked. If Variable 2 is set to No, the alert will not trigger for any equipment models where the accessory option is checked:
