Overview
The function of this alert is to advise you of ALL Active Contacts that are not associated with at least one Customer Record via the Customers tab of the Contact Record. If they’re not linked, they’re not good for much and are probably incomplete or just clutter. In eAuto 8.0+, Contact Records are NOT required to be linked to a Customer Record, which is causing certain eAgent and AR/AP tasks to fail.
If you want the alert to ignore certain Contacts, then create a unique contact category to assign those and designate in Variable W of this alert that category, and those contacts will be ignored.

1. The contact record is associated with a customer record on the Customer tab of the contact record:
This alert will trigger for any contact record that is active and does not have at least one customer associated on the customers tab.
2. To exclude a contact from alerting on this report, create a contact category to add to the contact record to mark them as excluded. To create a new contact category in e-automate, go to Tools - Lists and Codes - Contact categories:
