Overview
Overview
This is an alert that checks every 15 minutes to ensure that each tech is assigned to a call. If a tech goes more than Variable W minutes without dispatching him/herself, an email goes to the tech's manager and optionally to the tech directly to remind them to do so.
Be advised that this alert may not accurately report techs in an assist role. We have discovered that many dealers' standard practice is to enter this information after the fact.
Run Schedule: Every 15 minutes
Type of Output: Email
