Field Tech Attribute Assignment

 

For many of our service alerts to work, we need to identify all the technicians that are field techs versus sales people, delivery trucks, IT people etc.  To do this we identify your techs as “Field Techs”.  You will need to go thru and update the employee file in eAutomate for your field techs, and set this custom property (ZCJFieldTech) to ‘Yes’ for all the techs you want the report to run for.
