Tired of trying to figure out the parts that a technician needs to add to his or her car stock? This alert is to let you know when a technician is unable to complete a service call as they don't have a part they need and this happens more than once in a month for that same part number. Suggestion is that you add that part to that tech's car stock. This alert runs monthly on the 2nd and considers all invoiced activity in the previous calendar month. After you get the report it is easy to add these parts to the technician’s minimum stock. If you are doing some form of auto restock with ILC (inventory Logistics Console) or the automate Inventory Management e-agent task, the parts will soon be in the technicians car stock and you will be reducing incompletes.
