Overview

Tired of trying to figure out the parts that a technician needs to add to his or her car stock?

This alert lets you know when a technician is unable to complete a service call because they don't have a part they need, and this happens more than once a month for that same part number. A suggestion is that you add that part to that tech's car stock.

Run Schedule:  Monthly on the 2nd

Type of Output: Email

Best Practices & Tips

Best Practices & Tips

After you get the report, it is easy to add these parts to the technician’s minimum stock.  If you are doing some form of auto restock with ILC (Inventory Logistics Console) or the automated Inventory Management e-agent task, the parts will soon be in the technician's car stock, and you will be reducing incompletes.
