Overview
This is designed to keep sales reps updated on the status of their equipment order installs. The alert will fire to advise a Rep that a new install has had a specific Equipment assigned. It will fire again when it has been Scheduled. Install calls are defined as being of Type Category 'IR.' A separate task will provide a daily roll up showing a rep all Scheduled installs pending.

Jobs are accessed via Tools / Jobs:
Create new Job, link to Customer, add contacts and any transactions linked to Job will show on Transactions tab:
