User Logins to CEOJuice Website: Create, Update & Security Roles, Overview

To add a new user on the CEO Juice website you must have Administrator Rights assigned to your login.

Click on Profile and then Manage Users:

Under Manage Users section, you'll see a list of all users connected to your account, and what security rights are assigned. To create a new user, click on the green Add User button:

Enter the email address, first and last name for the user. Check the box for the security level to be assigned, click Save to add the user:

An email will be sent from help@ceojuice.com to the new user providing password and login credentials.

The email address must be an approved domain for your account and be a unique email address.

To Edit an existing User, click on email to open

Update the Security, deactivate the User, re-activate a user that is set as inactive, option to trigger a password reset for them. Email with a password reset link will be sent to the users email.

(We will only provide this level of security access to our Main Contact at your company. We will ask that contact for approval to assign this level of access if requested.)

View account details

Create new users, edit existing Users

Subscribe, edit, unsubscribe alerts

Export list of subscribed alerts

Access to 'Subscription Tools', allows a bulk update to replace one email with new email on all subscriptions that qualify.

View survey examples

Access survey dashboard (includes access to "like" survey comments, more here)

 

User:

Subscribe, edit, unsubscribe alerts

Export list of subscribed alerts

View survey samples

Access survey dashboard (includes access to "like" survey comments, more here)

 

Survey Manager:

View survey samples

Survey Dashboard Only:

Access survey dashboard (includes access to "like" survey comments, more here)

 

Read Only: 

View (no edit) list of subscribed alerts, can open the subscription and view who is receiving the alert only.

 

Apps Access Only: 

For users only needing access to CEOJuice app(s). User has no visual into any subscriptions or surveys, nor can make any changes. Access to each app set via security app, more details HERE.
