Overview
This is a Power BI version of ID37 - Call Board Summary Status. It is a day over day look at how your service team is doing with the PBI advantage of being able to drill into the details.
The Overview page shows the following KPIs: Carry Over, New Today, New R/s, Closed, Canceled, Dispatched, Total pending, On Hold, Waiting Parts, Incompleted Today, Callbacks. On The landing page we show Past Due for all KPIs that make sense.
This report has the same variables as ID37. All report pages are setup to present in mobile view as Power BI presents well on a mobile device.

Variable 1: Enter the On Hold Code(s) used to designate calls On Hold for Parts, separated by comma

For ECi Hosted clients: We are working with ECi to open up our access so we can set an ODBC connection for you. If you are interested, then please provide us the public static IP address for your company network so that ECi can whitelist it to allow us access.
1. Can be refreshed up to 8 times per day with standard Power BI Pro Licenses. More refresh times require Premium Per User license.
2. Mobile phone friendly!
3. Data is only pending calls, any call invoiced today, after refresh tomorrow, that call is no longer available in ID777 report.

1. Landing Page: - used to take you to each report page.
2. Click on orange house in top left corner of any report page to be taken back to landing page so you can navigate to different report page.
3. Use filters in top right corner for desired results.
4. Where you don't see service call details, you can right click to drill through to call details.
OR click on manager once, for example, then right click on a given stat to drill through to call details.
