If your IT team does not want to manage Power BI, we offer a comprehensive management service at no additional cost. CEOJuice would manage the initial install of Power BI reports and ongoing maintenance of them as new revisions are made available, as well as managing the correct refresh schedules and fixing any errors.
There is no charge from CEO Juice for this service. The only fees paid by you to Microsoft Power BI is for the licenses. Each user that will be accessing any Power BI reports will need their own Power BI Pro license and you'll need to pay for the ceojuice@ license that we need in order to manage your Power BI. Licenses cost between $10 to $15 per month per user (depending the Microsoft plan you have), for current pricing check directly with Microsoft. Check if you have free licenses and take advantage of the 60 day trial (just not for the Juice account).
The turnaround time to get this in place is approximately 2-3 business days from the time your IT provides CEOJuice with what we require (additional details below). If you're an ECi hosted client this can take longer as we are waiting on information from ECi.

ECi Hosted Clients
To use our Power BI management service as an ECi-hosted client, you will need to provide the following:
- Public Static IP Address: Required to collaborate with ECi and open access to your e-automate database.
- O365 Account: A dedicated account for CEOJuice@[yourdomain]. It can be any O365 basic license with a power bi pro license attached.
- Power BI Pro License: For the CEOJuice account.
- Power BI Workspace Admin Access: Admin access to the CEOJuice workspace, if it already exists.
- Need access to a Server/PC to install Power BI - will need logmein installed on the server so we can access, use this link to install logmein direct to our account, https://secure.logmein.com/pullinstall_go.asp?page=addacomputer3_pull&lang=en&c=00_r5xpxyy2c38f9580iue53yaekiu6rcd47sau5&bnf=undefined
