This custom report ages your warehouse by using the date the items were received into that warehouse. The cost is pulled from the cost pools associated with the item/warehouse.

Shows the value of the item based on total quantity as well as % of this item in this warehouse compared. This percentage can be used when trying to balance out or see at a glance % of specific items spread % throughout warehouses.

Includes serial number information as well as whether hosting item.

Alert Functionality

1. This custom report ages your warehouse using the date the items were received into that warehouse. The cost is pulled from the cost pools associated with the item/warehouse.

2. The report shows the value of the item based on the total quantity, as well as the percentage of the item in the warehouse. This percentage can be used when trying to balance out, or see at a glance, the percentage of specific items spread throughout the warehouses.

3. The report includes the serial number information as well as whether the item is a host

4. You can select whether to show In Stock or Available (On Hand) quantity. In Stock is everything not billed (regardless of whether on order or service call not yet invoiced). Available is everything not already billed for or listed on an unbilled sales order or service

Various filters are available with advanced filter options:
