ID306 - Customers with No Supplies Shipped in X Months Overview & Sample:

To provide a report to your supply sales department of customers who might not be purchasing supplies from you anymore, of who have not even ordered supplies from you in the past X months.

This is available as a Custom Report only - named 'ID306 SA No purchase of selected items since selected date'

Available Filters:

1. No Purchases Since - select custom date range or default options

2. Have not purchased these items - use advanced filter to search and select multiple if you are looking to identify specific items not purchased

3. Can have report list contacts on either/both BillTo and ShipTo Customer Records so your sales department can use report to contact customer contact(s) directly.
