Overview
The alert will advise you if the call-in question is linked to either a piece of Equipment which is on contract or a customer who has contracts in place. It will also report calls which AREN'T SUPPOSED TO BE linked to contract, for instance chargeable calls or other exceptions. This alert is not meant to be a long-term solution to any problem as it will eventually not be telling you anything you need to know, once you get your data cleaned up and your business practices nailed down.
Run Schedule: Every 15 minutes.

Alert Functionality
Alert Functionality
1. When dispatch is adding a new service call one of the items to check is the contract. Most of the time the contract is already in place when the equipment number is entered (A).
2. Sometimes that is not the case and dispatch has to select the correct contract from the drop-down list (B).
3. There are times when there is no contract to choose from so dispatch will create the call as a billable call.
4. Once the call is created in eAutomate, our alert will check to see if the equipment on the service call is linked to a contract or is not supposed to be linked to a contract. The alert will notify the if the call is supposed to or not supposed to be on or off contract.
