Best Practices & Tips
Best Practices & Tips
1. If there is no contract record linked to the equipment Record, then e-automate uses the bill code on the equipment record on the service call. If the equipment is not on contract, and the bill code on the service call is not charging the customer, you should review the equipment record to see if the bill code should be changed.
