Overview

Overview

When a new service call is created via eInfo, e-automate does not show any related Service pop-up messages to the dispatcher because the dispatcher did not enter the call. The result is that it gets seen by no one. This alert will send an e-mail advising that a call has been created, which has a Service Message, and will show that Service Message.

 

Run Schedule:  Every 10 Minutes

Variable W: Branch Filter - List the branch numbers for the alert to trigger on, separate multiples with commas. Leave blank for all branches.

1. The alert will only trigger on service calls where the creator is 'einfo':

2. For the e-info calls, the alert checks for a service message on the equipment record on the call:
