Overview

Overview

ID19 is used to catch certain contracts before they expire. This is very useful for watching renewable MPS contracts or ensuring Rental equipment is scheduled for pickup. This alert will trigger on active contracts only, Variable W is the Contract 'billcode' you want to monitor, Variable X is the # of days to trigger before expiration date. 

Run Schedule:  Weekly on Wednesdays at 1pm

Variable W: enter the Contract BillCodes that you want to monitor, separate multiples contract bill codes with a comma. Need exact name of the code, not the description

Variable X: enter the # of days before contract expiration date the alert should trigger, defaults to 90 days

1.Contract BillCodes are listed on contracts

You can see a full list of ALL Contract BillCodes in eAutomate under Tools / Lists&Codes / Contract BillCodes

2. The Contract must be active

3. Variable X # of days looks at the expiration date set on the Contract to determine when to trigger
