Alert Functionality

Alert Functionality

(1) When a Sales Order of any order type, that was marked On Hold, (either automatically set to hold because it defaulted to the customer record setting OR someone manually set the Sales Order on hold), has now been released and no longer marked on hold.

(2) Will only notify once, but will trigger on same Sales Order if put back on hold again

(3) Max look back days is 3-days from date of release

**Note:  Placing or releasing a hold on the customer record has no effect on any open transactions.

This alert only looks at the transaction being released from hold NOT the customer record being released from hold.

When a customer record is marked as not on hold, you also have to review the open transactions (orders or calls) and release them as well.
