ID649 - RMA Summary for Returned Supplies Overview & Sample:

This simple alert will provide a daily summary of Open SOs for defective supplies returned (defining those as SOs with RMA in the SO# and OrderType not Return). This is designed for clients who use such a process to separate out defective supply returns from other returns. If you do not use such a practice, you can subscribe to ID650 which will provide a daily summary of all open RMAs of OrderType 'Return'.  Click here for post on ID650.

Sample Output includes: Sales Order Number, Date, Customer Name, Total, Creator ID, Create Date, Order Status, Order Type, Description.
