ID96 - Customer EQ List Where Count Exceeds W Model Category Contains X Overview & Sample:

This alert is meant to help you identify accounts that have an active equipment count greater than variable W where the model category Begins With X. (Note: this is MODEL Category assigned in the Model Edit Screen...not the item category from inventory. These accounts would be primary targets for MPS.

Model Category can be found within the item record, on the model record.  Model Categories are defined in List and Codes in Eautomate.

The report is in eAutomate in the custom reports folder, titled "CEOJuice Customers with more than X of selected Equip/model:

Variable X =  Model Category Begins With (enter the character string the Model Categories Begin With (NOT ITEM CATEGORY) you wish to report on
