An alert to trigger when the status of a service call is changed to 'Scheduled'. The alert will only trigger once for a service call. 

 

Run Schedule:  Every 5 minutes

1. The alert triggers when a service call is set to the status of 'Scheduled'. To schedule a service call, you can right-click on the call and select 'Schedule':

When the Schedule service call window opens, set the date and time the call will be scheduled for:
