Client used the onhold code for when a call is incompleted/rescheduled for a Tech Assist. The original call is incompleted for Tech Assist and the reschedule call created is OnHold using a specific onhold code they created for [On Hold Tech Assist] So they wanted an alert to the original tech and the techs manager.
