This alert will notify you when a call is changed to a status of 'Cancelled', allowing you to review the call to make sure that the cancellation reason is valid and review the cancellation notes. 

The alert will only report on each service call one time. 

 

Run Schedule:  Every 15 minutes

Type of Output: Email
