When a call is canceled but there were parts associated with that call would typically represent when a tech has rescheduled a call WP (waiting on parts) and then before the call is dispatched, it gets canceled. The warehouse may have already transferred the items to the technician's stock, this alert lets them determine if they want to complete or reverse the transfer.
Sample output shown below will supply the Call Number, the PartNumber and Description, and Quantity. In the subject line it also gives you the tech name. With this information you'll be able to decide whether to leave the parts in the tech's inventory, or request they return them:
