Overview
Typically, when a service call with parts is cancelled, it means that the technician has rescheduled the call as 'Waiting on Parts', and then the call is cancelled before the tech is dispatched to the call. The warehouse may have already transferred the items to the technician's stock. This alert lets them determine if the parts should remain in the tech's stock or be returned to the warehouse.
