This alert will notify you when a contract is Terminated, Expired, or de-Activated with a piece of equipment on it that is in the specified status in VariableW. This alert is helpful as it can serve as a reminder to pick up loaner machines.
Run Schedule: Twice weekly; Monday and Thursday afternoons

The output of this alert contains the Customer Name, Contract Number, Equipment ID Number, Equipment Location Customer Name, Location Remarks of the Equipment, how many active Contracts it is on, if the Contract is expired and if so when did that occur, and if the Contract is terminated and if so when did that occur.

Variable W: Enter all Equipment Statuses that you want reviewed and reported on in this alert, separated by a comma.

Alert Functionality
1. Alert reviews Equipment records in eAutomate that contain one of the statuses set in variable W. In the example below, the status of Loaner-Service is present and would also be present in variable W.
2. Alert then determines if the equipment is on a contract that has either been terminated or expired
3. If equipment has a specified Status and is on a contract that has been expired or terminated then it will be included in the alert
