Alert Functionality
Alert Functionality
1. The alert checks new service calls that have been invoiced to see if the same technician has used the same part on a previous service call. The time frame the alert uses to look back is dependent on the value set in Variable W. If Variable W is set to 10, the alert checks to see if the part used on the service call that was just invoiced has been used by the technician on any other call in the past ten days.
2. The average cost of the item must be over the value set in Variable X.
3. The technician must have the custom property set in Variable Y set to Yes on their employee record.
