Overview
This process can be used to notify the Technician Manager as well as other recipients listed on the subscription when a new rescheduled service call is created with a part exceeding the average cost designated in Variable W of your subscription. Notifies within 15 minutes of new rescheduled call creation which allows for the service call to be reviewed before an expensive part is ordered.
Run Schedule: Every 15 Minutes

Variable X: Enter Branch Number(s) to trigger on, separate by comma, or leave blank for ALL

1. Process to notify when a rescheduled service call is created with a part exceeding the average cost listed in Variable W of subscription.
2. Process looks to the average cost per each of the item listed on the rescheduled call. Average cost of an item can be viewed by searching for the item in the Items console and clicking on the 'Availability' Icon:
