ID326 - Alert Only when Equipment Sales Order Cancelled Overview & Sample:

This alert notifies when an entire sales order is Cancelled where the "Order Type" contains the characters in Variable W, this is similar to ID201 that alerts when an individual item on an equipment invoice is cancelled. Typically this would be equipment i.e. the warehouse knows when a hardware order is cancelled. 

Sales Order Types are created in Eautomate / Tools / Lists and Codes / Sales Order Types, as shown below you can have multiple equipment order types:

Sales order type is entered when the sales order is created: (See highlighted area)
