This alert notifies when an entire sales order is cancelled, where the "Order Type" contains the characters in Variable W. This is similar to ID201, which alerts when an individual item on an equipment invoice is cancelled. ID326 will trigger only when the entire order has been canceled. Typically, this alert is used for equipment orders; it can be used to alert the warehouse that a hardware order has been canceled.

1. This alert is checking for sales orders where the Order Type (1) contains the string entered in Variable W and the status of the order is Canceled (2):
2. You can see the list of sales order types in e-automate by going to Tools - Lists and codes - Sales order types:
Entering 'Equip' in variable W will cause the alert to trigger for all of the order types that have 'Equip' in the order type.
