When an equipment order is cancelled, it's a big deal. Reps need to know, managers need to know...a whole chain of people may have already scheduled setup, delivery, install and training. This alert shows if there are any items on an Equipment type sales order that have been cancelled. The word 'equipment' must exist in the Order Type (not description) in order for the sales order to be reported.
Sales order types are created in eAutomate/Tools/Lists and Codes/Sales Order Types
ID201 Output includes Sales Order Number, Date, Last Update, Customer Name, SalesPerson, Item#, Description and Qty Canceled, as shown below:
