Overview
When an equipment order is cancelled, it's a big deal. Reps need to know, managers need to know...a whole chain of people may have already scheduled setup, delivery, install, and training. This alert shows if there are any items on an Equipment type sales order that have been cancelled. The word 'equipment' must exist in the Order Type (not description) in order for the sales order to be reported. To be notified when the entire order is canceled, see alert ID326.

1. The sales order type on the order must contain the word 'Equipment' for the alert to trigger when an item is canceled.
You can see the list of sales order types in e-automate by going to Tools - Lists and codes - Sales order types:
The alert will trigger for any order types that contain the word 'Equipment'.
2. When a line item on the order is canceled, the alert will trigger an email.
