To send the call summary info to techs handheld so that they don't have to open up their laptops to get the call information. To send the notice to specific technicians (Create the attribute as a user defined lookup as ENABLED/Disabled choices for custom property you declared in VariableW) that a call has just been dispatched to them. This works by checking for calls status Dispatched and alerts the tech assigned to the call once only.
