Overview
This alert can be used to report on sales order line items meeting specific criteria:
- The item does not have a contract attached.
- The customer on the order has an active contract of a type specified in Variable Y.
- The item has a category specified in Variable Z.
- The item is an inventory item.
- The sales code on the item is not one specified in Variable X.
This alert is a two-phase alert; it will alert you when a sales order is created that meets the criteria set in the variables, and again when shipped/invoiced out and the order still meets the criteria set in the variables.

Variable W: Order Type(s) to INCLUDE - List the sales order types that the alert should trigger on, separate multiple values with commas.
Variable X: Sales Code(s) to EXCLUDE - List the sales codes that the alert should exclude from triggering on, separate multiple values with commas.
Variable Y: Contract Type(s) to INCLUDE - List the contract types that the alert should trigger on, separate multiple values with commas.
Variable Z: Item Category(s) to INCLUDE - List the item categories to be included with the alert, separate multiple values with commas.

1. Criteria for sales order item to trigger alert:
1. The sales order has a type specified in Variable W.
2. The sales order line item does not have a contract attached.
3. The item on the order has a category specified in Variable Z.
4. The item is not an expense item.
5. The sales code on the item is not one of the ones listed in Variable X.
2. The customer has an active contract (1) of one of the types specified in Variable Y (2).
