This alert will advise you when an Item of Category X OR Item Service Code Y shows up on an Order of Type W. Originally designed so that a client could advise the set-up team that supplies have been sold on the Equipment order and to allocate appropriately. Set Variable Z to 'Returnable' to also have it trigger on items that have been marked as returnable.

Variables include:
VarW = Order Types to trigger on (separated by comma)
VarX = Item Categories to trigger on (separated by comma)
VarY = Item Service Codes to trigger on (separated by comma)
VarZ = Enter 'Returnable' to also have the alert trigger on items that are marked as returnable in eAutomate.
