Power BI reports

Four Power BI reports were updated this month, and we have a brand new release too. Each connects directly to your e-automate data and is designed to surface the numbers your team needs without requiring manual exports.

This brand new PBI report is designed to give YOUR clients real-time access to the status of their fleet. Do you have large clients requesting service overviews throughout the month? Now they can see their full equipment list with uptime, downtime, open calls, dispatch status, and technician performance in one dashboard at any time. It refreshes hourly with drill-throughs available throughout. It's also a powerful tool for your account managers - imagine walking into a client meeting, fully prepared, with the same live view your client has in front of them.

This report gives service managers deep visibility into technician and equipment performance, including call volumes, first call fix rates, callbacks, repair times, parts costs, and more. Slice by make, model, customer, or technician, compare year-over-year, and build your own custom report pages to track the metrics that matter most to your team.

What changed: Fixed an incorrect average start time calculation and resolved a bug affecting contracts with very high click volumes. Target thresholds have also been added to the service summary report and its drill-throughs.

This report gives your sales team a clear, current view of serialized equipment available across your warehouses, filterable by status, condition code, and cost, and designed to be pinned as a sales dashboard. This replaces the need to dig through e-automate screens to get an at-a-glance picture and refreshes up to eight times a day.

What changed: Aging buckets are now colour-coded and reordered for easier reading, and a new aging item details report has been added.

A financial reporting dashboard covering your full financial picture, with your income statement, balance sheet, cash flow, budget vs actuals, financial ratios, and year-over-year comparisons, all pulling directly from e-automate transactions. Includes SG&A analysis and forecast vs budget tracking.

What changed: Inventory turns is now included under financial ratios.

An inventory dashboard giving you visibility into what stock you're holding, how quickly it's moving, and what's sitting stale or potentially obsolete. Covers aging, on-hand quantities vs minimum stock levels, and full ledger transaction detail. Also includes a wholesale inventory page showing stock available from other CEO Juice dealer clients.

What changed: A new report for items with no min/max on-hand quantities set, plus colour coding added to the aging report.

ConnectWise integrations

Two ConnectWise integrations were updated this month, enhancing the sync between e-automate and ConnectWise for customer records and contract management.

ID747 synchronises customer data between e-automate and ConnectWise, ensuring your records stay consistent across both platforms. For dealers running ConnectWise alongside e-automate, this removes the need to maintain customer information in two places and reduces the risk of records falling out of sync.

What changed: Two new configuration options - a company identifier discriminator for multi-database/single-tenant setups, and a timezone offset for sync timing. Also removes SQL credentials from event logging.

ID964 extends the ConnectWise integration to cover contract data. When an agreement invoice is created in ConnectWise, it syncs across to e-automate, keeping billing data consistent across both systems. Particularly valuable for teams managing service agreements across both platforms.

What changed: The sync is now more resilient when e-automate contract tables gain new columns and it skips unrecognised columns rather than failing. ConnectWise invoices missing run-month or run-year values are now skipped and logged with an error. Contract item termination has been improved and end dates now correctly derive from each item's own billed-through date rather than the contract-level date, fixing incorrect end dates on a small number of terminated items. SQL credentials have also been removed from event logging, and a new Crystal report variant with a Price column has been added.
