2026.08.01 - What's New at Juice

This is the July edition in an ongoing series summarizing everything released or updated each month across your CEO Juice suite. Processes marked ⭐New are tested and ready to activate. Updated processes include a summary of what has changed in the latest version. Click any integration title to view its full documentation.

DCA Updates

There's always a lot of DCA work going on under the hood, and a lot of it is linked together where processes overlap. We have a new integration this month and a couple of enhancements, but with so many DCA projects in progress concurrently, there's a lot more that just needs to be pushed over the finish line ready for next month, so stay tuned!

If you use Lexmark Cloud Fleet Manager to collect meter readings from your devices, ID605 removes the need for manual data entry by automatically picking up those readings from your mailbox and pushing them straight into e-Automate using ID968. ID605 also supports our supplies app ID350 and PowerBI integration via ID147/ID774.

This process connects directly to the Kyocera Fleet Services API and pulls device data into the background, making it available to other CEO Juice processes automatically. Subscribe to ID240 and ID968 for KFS meter integration. Enhancements for toner order support via ID634, and Power BI dashboard data for ID147 and ID774, are in the development list for review later this year.

What changed: General performance enhancements

If you use Toshiba Elevate Sky to collect meter readings from your devices, ID314 removes the need for manual data entry by automatically picking up those readings from your mailbox and pushing them straight into e-Automate using ID968.

What changed: Improved data validation to prevent incorrect records being written by the process. We have also been investigating sales order integration for development later this year, but nothing to show just yet.

Reports

A new MIF Trends Power BI report and 2 updates this month with extra features. Read more below.

Tracks how your contracted fleet count has changed over time, comparing any two dates to show New, Lost, Retained, and Relocated machines. This comprehensive report is organized into several focused pages, giving leadership a clear view of fleet size, churn, and where the business is gaining or losing ground.

This report is designed to give your larger clients real-time access to the status of their fleet, including uptime, downtime, open calls, dispatch status, and technician performance in one dashboard. It's also a powerful tool for your account managers so they can walk into a client meeting, fully prepared, with the same live view your client has in front of them. Drill-throughs are available throughout.

What changed: Added two new KPIs: Mean Clicks Between Visits (MCBV); and Mean Clicks Between Failures (MCBF). Service history now shows visibility across all call types, while downtime calculations continue to be based on corrective maintenance calls only.

A visual dashboard tracking equipment orders from quote through to invoice with deal status, rep rankings, days to invoice, deal profit, and manufacturer/model breakdown, all with drill-down capability. Works alongside ID348 for order status updates and ID815 for automatic status changes and delivery call creation.

What changed: Two new pages have been added: Sales Order Profitability; and Orders WF Time Analysis - Trends. We also optimized the process that deals with Sales Orders Status and Detail Status history changes.

Other Integrations

A huge update to the ITT app - phase 2 is here! Plus some small updates to our meter reading parser for emailed readings from devices.

A Power Apps tool for managing vendor service agreements and validating invoices against agreed rates. Originally built to solve inter-territory transfer (ITT) billing, it ensures partners charge what was actually agreed when servicing your out-of-territory equipment, however, it works for ANY vendor contract, not just ITT.

What changed: Phase 2 of this project brings a significant set of new features. Highlights are: a Configure Price Quote tool (a basic version of DQM); one-click creation of e-Automate sales orders from a contract; two-sided economics showing customer billing rate alongside dealer cost in one margin view; the ability to allocate a single vendor bill across multiple service contracts (useful for invoices like O365 that are one bill applied across many contracts); a payment lifecycle (Entered → Validated → Approved-for-Payment); pushing reconciled invoices into e-Automate as AP voucher and invoice; and ID669 integration to push approved AP invoices to Online Payments.

This process automates the entry of meter readings sent by devices as well as your eAgent emailed meter requests. It checks your inbox and attempts to create meter reading records in eAuto from what it finds. It will move them into another folder as "read" if successful, or will leave them for you to process manually if it's not. Check the documentation to see which manufacturer emails this works with.

What changed: Adjusted the reader to accept special characters, reduced minimum O365 permissions required to run, added autodeploy to enable a more efficient rollout to all clients next time changes are made to this process.
