Reports
Two Power BI report updates this month: improvements to MIF Trends filtering and a significant change to Sales Leads & Analysis which no longer requires ID838 as a prerequisite.
Tracks how your contracted fleet count has changed over time, comparing any two dates to show New, Lost, Retained, and Relocated machines. This comprehensive report is organized into several focused pages, giving leadership a clear view of fleet size, churn, and where the business is gaining or losing ground.
Gives your sales team a consolidated view of opportunities across your customer base e.g. expiring leases not yet targeted for upgrade, discontinued models, equipment flagged as a network security risk, high or low volume machines, and customers not using key services you offer. Also includes Net Promoter Score by customer and model, and cross-selling analysis.
DCA Updates
Just a small DCA update this month with an update to ID652, our core ATR order enrichment process.
When your DCA creates toner replenishment orders in e-Automate, they can land missing the correct contract, ship-to location, or branch, creating a manual review step before the order can be released. ID652 monitors for these orders and automatically fills in the missing details e.g. contract, bill code, shipping, branch, etc. then releases the order from hold or moves it to a review hold code, depending on your settings. It alerts you on what's changed and keeps your ATR process as hands-off as possible.
Other Integrations
Three exciting new integrations this month alongside updates to two existing ones. The ACM Voice Agent brings AI-powered inbound call handling directly into e-Automate — a genuine game-changer for any dealer managing high call volumes. OptimoRoute integration means your delivery and service call data flows automatically between e-Automate and your route planning. And ConnectWise Contract Audit gives CW users instant visibility into contract changes without manual checking. On top of that, updates to ServiceNow call sync and the Servicing Dealer sync bring meaningful improvements to both.
An AI-powered voice agent that answers your inbound calls, determines what the caller needs, and automatically creates service calls and sales orders in e-Automate. Please note this requires a separate contract with ACM. Contact ron@acmai.ca for more information.
If you use OptimoRoute for delivery and route planning, ID208 removes the need to key jobs into both systems. It automatically sends new sales orders and service calls from e-Automate to OptimoRoute as route stops, then brings the results back, updating the order or call in e-Automate and attaching the customer's signature and any photos captured by the driver.
Automatically creates and updates service calls in real time between two dealers both running e-Automate and CEO Juice — syncing dispatch status, meters, and parts notes in both directions. Handles both Ship Out and Ship In scenarios.
For dealers with large clients who manage their own ticketing systems, ID664 removes the need for manual data entry by syncing service calls directly between the client's ServiceNow instance and your e-Automate. When a call is raised in ServiceNow and assigned to you, it's automatically created in e-Automate, and status updates sync back to ServiceNow throughout the call lifecycle.
ID747 synchronises customer data between e-automate and ConnectWise, ensuring your records stay consistent across both platforms. For dealers running ConnectWise alongside e-automate, this removes the need to maintain customer information in two places and reduces the risk of records falling out of sync.
A contract change notification specifically for contracts in e-Automate that have been linked to ConnectWise contracts by ID964. The alert sends a daily Excel report (up to six worksheets) covering updates and additions to both contracts and contract line items. The alert only triggers when changes have occurred in the past 24 hours and begins tracking from the date of installation, with no retroactive reporting.
