Overview

Overview

If your sales team closes deals in Salesforce, someone then has to key those same deals into e-automate as sales orders. This is duplicated effort, and another chance for orders to be delayed or entered wrongly. ID209 removes that step. Every 10 minutes it picks up your equipment deals from Salesforce and adds them to the CEOJuice middleware tables used by ID634, which then reviews the data and creates the Sales Order in e-automate automatically.

IMPORTANT: ID634 is mandatory. ID209 only collects the data but does not process it. You must subscribe to ID634 and fill in its variables, or deals pulled from Salesforce will not be processed into e-automate.

ID209 is an ongoing implementation, and there is currently a waitlist for onboarding. More details will be added to this article as the implementation continues. See Alert Functionality for the step-by-step flow and Best Practices & Tips for setup.

Best Practices & Tips

Best Practices & Tips

1. Create an API user in Salesforce for CEOJuice.

2. Submit the API user details on the CEOJuice website under Profile > Integrations > Salesforce.

3. ID634 is MANDATORY. Subscribe to ID634 and fill in its variables. ID634 is what processes the data ID209 stages into e-automate as a Sales Order. Each integration needs its own ID634 subscription, so if you already use ID634 for another integration, add a separate subscription for ID209.

4. Assign a team member to review and approve deals prior to syncing through ID209.

5. Use the ID634 E-View (available during implementation of ID634) to confirm if data has come across.

6. Validate data once synced into EA as a Sales Order.
