Overview
Overview
ID599 is a process to automatically create deposits in e-automate for the payments your customers make on the ID669 payment site. If you already take payments through ID669, there is no need to build those deposits by hand. Once payments settle in NMI, ID599 matches the settlement to entries in the e-automate cashbook and creates the deposit for you.
Each run sends an email summarizing what was deposited and what was not. See Alert Functionality for how settlements are matched, including credit card and ACH deposits and late returns.
Run Schedule: Twice a day, morning and evening

Alert Functionality
Alert Functionality
ID599 is for companies already using ID669 Payments. After a payment made on the payment site settles in NMI, ID599 reads that settlement data and creates the deposit in e-automate.
- Matching: ID599 looks at which transactions make up the settlement total (and all other totals for that settlement) and creates the deposit from the matching cashbook entries.
- Credit card and ACH: These payments settle separately, so their deposits are also created separately.
- Late returns: If a failed payment (a late check return) has already been funded, there will be a negative settlement amount. ID599 looks for that negative amount in the cashbook, which comes from voiding the original payment in e-automate.
- Summary email: The person(s) listed in the To field of your ID599 subscription receive an email summarizing what was deposited and what was not.

2. In Variable 1, enter the GL account number of the deposit account you want ID599 to use.
3. Add every person who should receive the settlement summary to the To field of your ID599 subscription.
4. For a late check return that has already been funded, void the original payment in e-automate so the negative amount appears in the cashbook and ID599 can match it.
