Overview
This alert sends you a weekly list of customers that are on hold, along with the on-hold code name that is used on the account. You can get a list of customers on hold via eViews, but it does not show you the reason they are on hold (On Hold Code). Variable W allows you to limit the output to the on-hold codes you specify.

Variable Y: Customer Types - List customer types to EXCLUDE from reporting on the alert.
Variable X: Branch Number(s) - List branch numbers for the alert to trigger on, or leave blank for all.

1. You can find the on-hold codes under Tools - Lists & Codes - On hold codes:
Enter the On hold code into variable W, not the description.
2. You can exclude customers from reporting on this alert by customer type. You can find the list of customer types in Tools - Lists & Codes - Customer types:
