Overview
For BEI (Nexera) clients only, this process will reset e-automate's callback criteria to match BEI's callback criteria so that e-automate is flagging callbacks with the same logic as BEI. It will update the e-automate days/clicks callback for each model. (Most BEI dealers already have models in e-auto matching BEI models. If you don't, it's OK as the spreadsheet allows you to point to your specific model.) It will only update when you manually download the spreadsheet and import the data into the CEO Juice background table. When the alert sees new data in the background table, it will push those updates to e-automate.
Run Schedule: Daily at 7 pm
Type of Output: Email

Sample
Sample
The very top section (as shown below) will be for rows in the BEI spreadsheet you've uploaded where callback clicks are 0. After that, there are normally a lot of records where the BEI dealer model from the spreadsheet does not match a model number in e-automate. These are normally valid and represent models that are still in BEI, but no longer match the model number in your e-automate database. These can be models that are no longer in e-automate, or where the model number has changed. If you compare the model not associated in the alert to the BEI spreadsheet, you would normally find multiple entries in the spreadsheet for the BEI Model Number, one will most likely match a model in e-automate, the other won't.

Variables
Variables
Variable Y: Turn Off Use System - If there is a matching model where the 'Use system call back and call alert parameters' is checked, and this variable is set to No, the process will not update the model record. If you would like to have the process uncheck this box and update the callback parameters, set this variable to Yes.

Alert Functionality
Alert Functionality
**Please note that updating the callback parameters on the model record will NOT reset any callback flags on service calls that have already been closed in e-automate.**
This process will update the callback parameters that are set on the model record here:
To download the callback information from BEI, follow these steps:
- Log in to the BEI Services website.
- Click on 'Dealer Admin'.
- Click on 'Model List'.
- Click on 'Export Table'.
- Automatically save the .csv file.
- Open the .csv file in Excel and leave these results open for use in the next steps.
Open the attachment found at the bottom of this post, 'Ceojuice_BEI_ModelMapping_Rev01-01 (1).xlsm', and make sure you are on the 'Settings' tab.
- In the Settings tab, enter ‘CEOJuice’ in the Company DB Name, and your e-automate SQL Server name under Server.
-
Switch to the BEIModelMapping tab. Highlight and ‘copy’ all the rows of data from the BEI spreadsheet (from above) and paste the contents into our spreadsheet, starting in the 'Dealer Model' column.
**Please note: Our spreadsheet utility does NOT have all the same column headers that your BEI spreadsheet does. So be sure to remove any columns from your BEI spreadsheet that don't match up to ours. Then make sure ALL columns in both the CEO Juice and BEI spreadsheets are in the correct order.
For example, our spreadsheet does not contain a column header of 'Technology' like this BEI spreadsheet does:
-
Now, press the 'Insert' button, at which point you will be prompted for a valid user login and password for SQL Server.
Expand to show details on how to create a new SQL user for this process:
You may need to create a SQL user for this process, this user will need DB_writer access to the CEOJuice database. To create the SQL user:
1. The user should be created under the CEOJuice database.
2. The user will need DB_writer access to the CEOJuice database.
(1) User in Green is a correct example; whereas user in (2) is not, as is a domain user:
- After you enter your user login and password, press ‘OK,’ and if your login is valid for the SQL Server, the spreadsheet will process the data into our CEOJuice DB Table. You should see 'Posted' in every row under the Status column.
-
If nothing is showing as posted, you may need to enable active content on the spreadsheet.
Look for a 'Security Warning', like below:
Click the Options button to bring up the Options Window. On the Options Window, check the radio button next to 'Enable this content', then click the OK button to accept. Now, try to run the Insert again. If you still have issues, please let us know by emailing help@ceojuice.com.
Once the data is imported, it will be processed by ID633. This process runs daily by default, but can be run on whatever schedule you specified - hourly, twice daily, etc. Let us know at help@ceojuice.com if you would like to change the default schedule.
By default, ID633 runs first in test mode. In test mode, the report you receive from ID633 will list what would have changed, but no changes are actually made in e-automate. Once you have reviewed the details and let us know it's ok to move to Live, then the changes will update e-automate.

Best Practices & Tips
Best Practices & Tips
1. We recommend you go through this process quarterly so any new models from your BEI subscription get picked up.
2. See documentation here on how to set up the callback and call alerts in e-automate.
3. Please be sure your model records are NOT set up to use System call back and call alert parameters:
**If this box is not checked and both fields are zero, callbacks and call alerts will be disabled**
When this option is checked, e-automate will use the system settings for call alerts set in Tools - Options:
4. If the equipment record on the service call has callback settings, those will override the model parameters.
