Overview
Checks newly created rescheduled call items and sends an alert to the tech of item availability in other warehouses. Will show all warehouses where the quantity on hand >0. Alert does not look at the tech's warehouse assigned to the call. It strictly looks at warehouses that are not associated to the tech on the call. It assumes a best practice that the tech wouldn't have rescheduled the call if he/she already had the part in stock. Also, if the tech did have it in stock, but it was for a different call, then the part should be allocated to that call, making it not available in his stock. It looks at real-time on-hand quantities.

Variable W: Enter Company Site' to identify available parts only in warehouses of that Type, or enter 'ALL' to consider all warehouses (including other techs' carstock)
Customer Type seen on Inventory Warehouses:
Variable 1: Select 'Yes' to search for substitute items in addition to the item on the call. Alert will then show any substitute items on the Item Record:
Variable Z: Branch numbers alert fires on (list multiple branches, separate by commas). Leave blank for ALL branches.

3. Only trigger on parts on calls that are in 'Needed' status, meaning the items are not available in the assigned tech's warehouse, nor have been received via linked PO or transfer.
