ID129 - All Sales Orders/Service Calls on Hold by Type Greater than W Business Hours Overview & Sample:

A summary list of all Calls on hold more than W business hours and all Sales Orders on hold which are at least W days old.


VariableW: How long (in hours) on Hold before triggering - Business hours for Calls, Calendar Days for Sales Orders (Required), defaults to 16

VariableX: OnHoldCodes for alert to trigger on (separate by comma or blank for ALL)


Sample Output includes, Transaction Type, Tech/Rep#, Tech/Rep Name, On Hold Description, Reference, Customer Name, Open Date, On Hold Hours/Days as shown below:


Note:  Placing or releasing a hold on the customer record has no effect on any open transactions.
