To alert the specified person(s) when a service call has been released from Credit hold. Provides a time stamp and indicates who released from hold.

Alert Functionality
To release the service call from credit hold, in Dispatch Console 'highlight' the service call that you want to release and right-click 'Set'Release on hold'
Note that releasing the customer record from credit hold does not effect the service call.
If you select "Creator" we will send the email to the person who released the call from onhold.
