ID269 - Service Call has been released from Credit Hold Overview & Sample

To alert the specified person(s) when a service call has been released from Credit hold. Provides a time stamp and indicates who released from hold.

If you select "ToCreator" we will send the email to the person who released the call from onhold.

Alert fires every 5-minutes.

VariableW: OnHoldCodes the alert should trigger on (Note: if you want to include 'CH',' the CreditHold code eAutomate ships with, include it on the list!), defaults to CH
