It's quite easy to make a piece of equipment inactive within e-Automate and forget to go to the contract to also take the equipment off of the contract record; this alert sends a list of devices that are inactive but still included on an active contract. While making the equipment record inactive will ensure that you do not place a service call or supply order on a device that's no longer in the field, leaving the device on a contract will cause issues when it comes time to bill the contract.
