To send this alert to ALL technicians, regardless of the value in ZCJ_FieldTech, set variable W to 'ALL'.
2. This alert looks specifically to inventory transfers done where the receiving warehouse on the transaction has a type of Technician:

4. The alert checks for transfers done in the past three days that have not been reported on the alert. The alert will only notify once of the transfer and should not repeat on the same transfer.
