This alert ensures that all inventory requests are processed and either transferred or put onto a transfer order or purchase order in a timely fashion.

Variable W: Number of Days Unprocessed - Enter the number of days that the request has been unprocessed, from the create date on the request.

Alert Functionality
1. For the alert to trigger, the inventory request must not be linked to either a purchase order or a transfer order. Once the request is linked to one of these transactions, you'll no longer see it in the Inventory Requests screen in e-automate.
2. The quantity on the request has not been canceled, purchased, or transferred.
3. The alert pulls requests meeting the above criteria where the create date on the request is Variable W days from the day the alert is running. Enter zero in this variable to see all open requests.
